6 months ago, I went to service for a routine oil change. When I got my car back, the oil drain gasket was not secured (usually is dummy proof) and oil was leaking on my driveway. I noticed after 2 weeks before any CATASTROPHIC engine damage due to losing engine oil daily because of RH Subaru's Service Department's negligence. I called and reluctantly had them fix the issue, and was credited $150 for the subpar service. Wanting to give RH Subaru a chance, I returned for a Maintenance B (20,000km) service yesterday. I was also offered a complimentary alignment check, and service would be performed should there be an issue. I agreed. After the alignment service was done, my steering wheel is now tracking to the right in order to go straight. I was also given a complimentary car wash and as a result, picked up my car with a ton of water marks. My car was better before I arrived. It really makes me feel like whoever worked on and washed my car did so for the first time in their career. I don't want to be RH Subaru's practice car. If you were in my shoes, would you ever go back to this service and /or recommend the service department? Everyone, please save your time and money and go somewhere else to service your Subaru. I guarantee with CONFIDENCE you'll be happier elsewhere. I'm sure RH Subaru can rectify these issues when you tell them, but why go there twice when you only need to go once. Why pay for subpar service? Why feel like you should have just done it yourself ALL THE TIME? Just pick somewhere else. Dealership ordered me an Uber this morning as they have an account with Uber. Uber driver drove me home. My house keys/work fob accidentally fell out of my pocket in the backseat. I noticed they were missi an account with Uber. Uber driver drove me home. My house keys/work fob accidentally fell out of my pocket in the backseat. I noticed they were missing about hour later. I called Suburu to ensure I did not leave them there. I asked them to contact Uber as they have an account with them. I tried to call Uber myself..but found it impossible to get a hold of someone. Several hours later, the service department called to advise the Uber driver had my keys. They gave me his phone number. I called him right away. He refused to allow me to pick up my keys, but told me he would drive them to my house, and there is a charge. I called the Suburu to complain as that was not right. Then the driver called again about and hour and half later..now he wanted me to meet somewhere so he could give me my keys, and told me that he will be charging me. I outright refused, and called Suburu again. They agreed and said they have an account with Uber and not sure why he is charging me,. But went on to say, it's out our hands?? I reminded the service personal that they arranged this service, and it is their issue. They have business account with Uber. Anyways, I had to report the incident to York Regional Police. They will be looking at charging him. In short, I will not return to Suburu again. Just an absolute lack urgency on their behalf!!! Told me I had to buy an extra package on a new vehicle or i don’t get to buy it. Kiefer is a dirty salesman. I wanted winter tires instead of a package I didn’t want but he said that doesn’t benefit his sale i don’t get to buy it. Kiefer is a dirty salesman. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone unless you want to get ripped off. You wanted my business so you said and all you got is a bad review. Garbage More
