I bought a new Elantra GT from Richmond Hill Hyundai and have serviced it there a few times since. The experience buying the new car was positive and sales and financing staff were very pleasant to deal wit have serviced it there a few times since. When my new vehicle was delivered it was in impeccable condition and it was clear that a lot of care went into preparing it for me. The service department has also been a pleasure to deal with. Mr. Senador is always willing to answer any questions I have with regards to the maintenance of my vehicle and is quick to address any concerns. He is also great at providing me updates while I am waiting for my car. I purchased winter tires from the dealership as well and Mr. Senador took the time to ensure that I purchased the appropriate tires for my budget and driving needs. I will continue to take my car to Richmond Hill Hyundai and have also recommended to dealership to others looking for a new vehicle. More

Mr. Maguire is an outstanding service manager... very knowledgeable, highly skilled at communicating around the service being done and in anticipating the needs of the customer. The general atmosphere of his service department is so pleasant, so helpful and so professional. I have had experiences with a few other Hyundai dealerships and without question, Mr. Maguire and Richmond Hill Hyundai are the very best... head and shoulders above every other dealership with which I have dealt... Mr. Maguire turns what could be (and often is elsewhere) a stressful and unpleasant experience into a pleasure. Service is swift... no standing about and being ignored... personable, professional and well informed. Loaner cars are quickly served up... all clean and ready to go... Mr. Maguire makes certain that you are informed of the progress of the service.. and when finished, the car is washed, cleaned inside, all shiny and ready to go. At first, I was pleased with their service, but when my contacts left this dealership my experience with them started to go downhill. No one had answers for my problems and just found them to be down right rude. Was ready to take my service elsewhere until I came across Ricco Rodriguez. His wealth of knowledge about my truck and what services is needed reassures me that he has my best interest in mind. He is always ready for my appointments and my wait time is minimal. I have dealt with some other staff there at the same dealership and not pleased with their customer service. WILL ALWAYS WAIT FOR RICCO TO HELP ME!!! More
The service and warranty visits I have had at Richmond Hill Hyundai have been far superior to my previous experiences at the Newmarket Hyundai dealership which were, in my opinion, a complete travesty. The representatives at the Newmarket dealership were not helpful and on several occasions, extremely rude. The representative at Newmarket became extremely agitated with me because the oil used in the engine of my 2011 Genesis Coupe V6 was not synthetic, which is not requested by the manual or indicated by the printing on the top of the cap. The service representative practically yelled at me over this discrepancy which is generally not the way you should treat your customers. I would not return to that dealership based on the experiences I have had for any reason. My service representative at Richmond Hill Hyundai, Ricco, was attentive and cared about the problems I was having with my vehicle. The part required was not in stock at the time however he ordered it right away and assured me that he would call as soon as it became available. True to his word he phoned a few days later and offered to fit me in that same day. I was able to bring my car over right away and he offered to provide me with a dealership car if it was necessary for my schedule. I didn't require the vehicle loan but was extremely appreciative of the gesture. The service to my car was done quickly and I had my car back the next day. Overall, my experience at Richmond Hill Hyundai was an extremely positive one and I was particularly impressed with my service representative Ricco. I will definitely be returning to this dealership for all future warranty and repair work as the attentiveness of Ricco made all the difference to my visit. More
