The 1st question can be solved if you take some time to analyze your budged carefully; however, the 2nd question will keep you awake as it is hard to know if you got/are getting the car for the right price. I did my homework and solved the 1st question. For the 2nd question, it will only depend on how the sellers try to help you out knowing your conditions. My experience at Hyundai Richmond Hill with Eddie Li and Jack Dee was that they really did care on getting me the best deal possible as I had a really tight budget and since I walked out of the dealership, I felt that they really tried to help me as much as they could I got a good deal on my new Elantra.
