When I realized there was almost 3,000.00 dollars on the bill that I was unsure about, I emailed Jeff and Tatyana and asked for an explanation of the charges - never a reply. I called Hyundai Canada and talked to several people but no one has ever called back to confirm what the charges are - just a lot of nonsense talk. They bought my previous lease out and that took 3 weeks and a lot of phone calls from me, ( Jeff promised to take care of it but it was actually Jack who finally helped me straighten it out). When I called Greg about it he acted like he had never heard of me. It is my first Hyundai and it will definitely be my last. More

We had planed on visiting a couple of other dealerships to compare, but both my wife and I felt we need not go any further. When we brought our vehicle into the dealership for the trade-in Brek was sharp enough to notice our Florida Sun Pass sticker and volunteer to remove it an replace it on our new vehicle. Best car ever bought After looking to buy an Elantra GT for several months, I finally came across a Hyundai dealership that was straight forward with no bull. I had a couple of locations pull away the deal they offered. This is the 7th car purchase for me and it was becoming sickening. I had tried a few cars and this was the model I wanted.I almost gave up on Hyundai as being funny and weird in they way they do business. Thanks Brek for you professionalizim and help in making this happen.I can't wait everyday to go back and drive this car. More

warranty satisfaction I had a battery breakdown and was unable to get the car to Richmond Hill Hyundai,so I had it serviced elsewhere.Besides the battery other issues were I had a battery breakdown and was unable to get the car to Richmond Hill Hyundai,so I had it serviced elsewhere.Besides the battery other issues were revealed and repaired.Several items were covered under my warranty so I advised the dealership about them.After some lengthy discussions regarding these matters,Richmond Hill Hyundai Issued a cheque for the warranty repairs.Other matters with my car were dealt with quickly as well.I recommend them highly. I brought my wife's car because there was a noise from the left front tire and the service adviser made it VERY clear to me that if his technicians didn't find any issues (that was not due because of regular wear and tear), he HAD to charge me $55.His technicians don't' work for free, then again who does. I had NO choice to agree to an "overpriced" oil change in order to verify the car. I felt I was scammed. Great way to start your morning at 7:45 AM and arguing with the service representative. The worst customer experience I have experienced any any dealership. My Jeep dealership NEVER charges me to check for noises or problems with my car. My advice Hyundai Richmond Hill : Please learn from JEEP dealership on what is considered an exceptional customer service, because, unfortunately, you are not even in the same ballpark. NOTE : The Fixed Operations Manager Alta Nourozifar was very pleasant but doesn't change the fact the entire customer service experience was extremely poor and I paid for an "unnecessary" oil change.
