To make a long story short, the sunroof was malfunctioning. Led by Edgar Gutenburg, the service team of Brena, Brek, Renato, Greg (Tech), Scott (Parts), and others tried everything in their power to solve the problems. There was ups and downs and after the third failed attempt, former sales manager Ting got involved. He had given me his personal cell phone number along with a loaner car on the spot. The following day he coordinated with General Manager Jeff Copan and Service Manager Edgar Gutenberg to try and find a solution. Ultimately, Jeff wasted no time in standing behind his product and getting me out of a car that I was unsatisfied with and into a brand new car. He is a proper General Manager who makes his client always the number one priority. I do not want to give away any of the details but let me tell you when I say, I was GREATLY COMPENSATED for my hassles. Before they were able to finalize everything for the new car I had left for a two month vacation. During the entire time the new Sales Manager Maryrose Legere was in contact with my father. The day that I came back from vacation, I found myself behind the wheel of a brand new car. Right at 4:30pm I walked into the dealership and was instantly greeted by Jeff and Maryrose. They introduced me to the sales representative Nadia Ngo who would be taking care of the pre-delivery for the new car. It was truly a pleasure meeting a sales representative who enjoyed her job and was able to connect with her client. Overall friendly and humble sales team with quite the entertainment! When I came back to drop off some things for the old car, I was blown away when one of their managers Greg Sipprell alongside Brek Bailey aided me. Basically, I was in a rush and it was just before closing. I did not even have to move further than ten feet from my car for everything to be taken care of and I was off. Overall, if you are a respectful, patient, and understanding client then this dealership has turned a nightmare type of story into the best experience a kid could ever have while buying his first car... When I realized there was almost 3,000.00 dollars on the bill that I was unsure about, I emailed Jeff and Tatyana and asked for an explanation of the charges - never a reply. I called Hyundai Canada and talked to several people but no one has ever called back to confirm what the charges are - just a lot of nonsense talk. They bought my previous lease out and that took 3 weeks and a lot of phone calls from me, ( Jeff promised to take care of it but it was actually Jack who finally helped me straighten it out). When I called Greg about it he acted like he had never heard of me. It is my first Hyundai and it will definitely be my last. More

We had planed on visiting a couple of other dealerships to compare, but both my wife and I felt we need not go any further. When we brought our vehicle into the dealership for the trade-in Brek was sharp enough to notice our Florida Sun Pass sticker and volunteer to remove it an replace it on our new vehicle. I had a couple of locations pull away the deal they offered. This is the 7th car purchase for me and it was becoming sickening. I had tried a few cars and this was the model I wanted.I almost gave up on Hyundai as being funny and weird in they way they do business. Thanks Brek for you professionalizim and help in making this happen.I can't wait everyday to go back and drive this car. More

More
