Very friendly and courteous, made sure to arrange a shuttle for me while my car was being worked on. Even during this busy time of year they do a good job of keeping cars moving. One improvement I would like to see is speeding up the process of moving cars from the service entrance to the actual garage to avoid a line up of cars outside the service entrance lift gate. Dealer prices are dealer prices but to know your car is well taken care of mechanically is priceless. Once again kudos to the Richmond Hill Hyundai team for being awesome at what they do! More
