Trade in Went in to look at trading up into a 2016. When I arrived for a test drive, the car I went to look at had been sold just prior to my arrival. After speaking with Greg and Nash I was told that they would honour the same sale price on another car and they would work to find one that I found suitable to my liking(keep in mind that it was priced aggressively) so I was very happy about that. The day I arrived to trade in and pick up my new car it went very smoothly. The staff team at Richmond Hill Hyundai went the extra mile to get me into the car I wanted and I left very satisfied. Having dealt with terrible customer service at other dealerships I am glad I made the trek to Richmond Hill as they did not disappoint. Would recommend them to my friends and family. More

One improvement I would like to see is speeding up the process of moving cars from the service entrance to the actual garage to avoid a line up of cars outside the service entrance lift gate. Dealer prices are dealer prices but to know your car is well taken care of mechanically is priceless. Once again kudos to the Richmond Hill Hyundai team for being awesome at what they do! More
