First visit went very well I took my car in for its first scheduled service. The service went very well and quick. I asked them to check couple of minor things that I had a con I took my car in for its first scheduled service. The service went very well and quick. I asked them to check couple of minor things that I had a concern with, they did this as a courtesy and although did not find anything wrong they did not try to charge me for it. Unlike some other dealership that tried to charge me even though they confirmed there was a problem but would not perform the actual repair under warranty, sending me back to where I purchased the car from. I will certainly be back to Richmond Hyundai. The only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is not easy to get an appointment, but some of that has to do with my own busy schedule and location, so I can not blame them. More

He knew everything about the car I was inquiring on and guided me through the process easily. He was there to answer any and all my questions I had even when I went back the second day. He was quick to return my calls even when I didn't leave a voice mail. I would recommend Brek to anyone I know that is looking to buy. He is easy to talk to and doesn't hesitate when you don't understand something to explain it to you. Brek definatley gets a 15 star rating in my books. Regular (Service Level 1) Maintenance I recently move from Agincourt to Maple and decided to give this dealership a try for my regular scheduled maintenance (Service Level 1), essentially I recently move from Agincourt to Maple and decided to give this dealership a try for my regular scheduled maintenance (Service Level 1), essentially an oil change! As it had just snowed heavily the day before and I had the first appointment the next day I wanted to get my vehicle into the service bay quickly, so unfortunately I did not take notice of who greeted me when I drove into dealership that day. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently and was in and out in about 30 minutes. The charge for the oil change seemed reasonable. Nothing exceptional ... as I expected! Unfortunately subsequent to my visit my interaction(s) with the dealership have been less than stellar (via their CHAT) and I'm still waiting to hear from the Service Manager regarding a recall and failure of my Blind Spot Detection system. More

However the second time around when I mentioned that I am sure gas cap was tightly closed, O'Neal replaced the cap with new one. Within a week it happened again (third time) and it was christmas time - I was asked to book the appointment after the holidays - however this time around the light went away within 24 hrs. I checked the forums and it seems like a common occurance - although I would like it to be resoled for good - but I am giving it one more chance - let's see when do I get the engine light on again. More

Trade in Went in to look at trading up into a 2016. When I arrived for a test drive, the car I went to look at had been sold just prior to my arrival. After speaking with Greg and Nash I was told that they would honour the same sale price on another car and they would work to find one that I found suitable to my liking(keep in mind that it was priced aggressively) so I was very happy about that. The day I arrived to trade in and pick up my new car it went very smoothly. The staff team at Richmond Hill Hyundai went the extra mile to get me into the car I wanted and I left very satisfied. Having dealt with terrible customer service at other dealerships I am glad I made the trek to Richmond Hill as they did not disappoint. Would recommend them to my friends and family. More
