Great experience! We were in the market for a used CR-V and had already visited two other Honda dealerships before going to Richmond Hill Honda. We met Victor Rodas, w We were in the market for a used CR-V and had already visited two other Honda dealerships before going to Richmond Hill Honda. We met Victor Rodas, who was by far the best salesman we’d encountered in our search for a vehicle. He went over the vehicle with us, explaining all the features and demonstrating how they worked. After our test drive he went over all the inspection reports, explaining how they certified their pre-owned vehicles. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. Best of all, he was not in any way pushy: although it obviously is his job to sell us a Honda, he did not try to force a sale on us and when we told him we were going to go test drive a couple of Subarus before making our decision, he wished us well and said that although he hoped we’d come back, he understood we had to make the decision that felt right for us. Well, we were back within the hour! When we picked up the vehicle, there was a slight problem with the back hatch handle that hadn’t been apparent during the test drive. Victor immediately ordered a replacement part for us and arranged for us to return in a few days to have it fixed at no charge. When I brought it in for service I was treated well, was in and out as quickly as possible, and the handle now works perfectly. We’re very pleased with the CR-V and would highly recommend Victor and Richmond Hill Honda to anyone who is looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. Usually I hate shopping for a car, but Victor actually made the experience pleasant and stress-free! More
