Though I was still anxious, After the initial walk in and hand shake I felt completely at ease asking questions and negotiating what would work best for me. My sales consultant, Brent Ernst had no problem doing the footwork or looking into all of my options to ensure I made the right decision. He did so by providing everything that was available for me and descriptively explained the pros, cons and differences between all. Even when I changed my mind or made a new inquiry there was no issues with acquiring the information nessicary to educate me and move forward in that direction. After a decision was made I met with Renfrew's finance manager, Katherine Chan. She did great work by promptly executing all transactions and thuroughly discussing every document I was to sign. Katherine was very punctual with responding to any questions myself or my insurance broker had to ask. As well as exchanging all the nessicary information in a very timely manner. Everyone I encountered at Renfrew Chrysler was upstanding and professional. They even made sure my tank was full after everything was said and done. I dealt with a sales crew last year that wasnt their own and had a horrible experience. This time i dealt with Ben Sanders and Tony, They explained where the last deal went wrong and told me they would help me and boy did they. Awesome customer service I have dealt with places before and been servered.. But Ben sanders from Renfrew has over the top customer service and is awesome to deal with.
