Lieing greedy team of employees ! This dealership had offered a good price on the vehicle i was looking for. Was best in alberta at the time. I drove down from edmonton with my family. Prior to comming down we had allready had a deal and amounts of trade in values made. When i got there they changed everything and down talked everything about my vehicle even though they knew all the information and seen detailed pictures. Once i looked at the vehicle i was purchasing more i realized the tires were balled and the hitch bezel was missing clips. Although i pointed them out they said the bezel was fine and wouldnt replace it and that it would be cheap fix ($350) later lol. And with the tires they had said they were completely fine and that pirellis "come that way" and that if they were bald they would never pass inspection. Well i got my tires swapped the other day and what did i find out. Not only were the tires bald. But they also were frayed, beads gone and all the fine steel was sticking out of the rubber. Also i came to find out that they cheaped out cus later i found out those tires are $3000. Instead of being truthful and honest and worrying about the safety of their customers they would rather be greedy and make a quick buck the cheap way. Also they told me both my key fobs had brand new batteries in them About 2 weeks later one was allready dead lol. That day i should have walked away. But the excitement and fact i drove down 2 vehicles from up north and only had day insurance on the one, i felt a little stuck and went for it as i was saving money from the previous vehicle i was looking at back home. Plus i lied to them about the prices i was getting for my vehicles so i knew they would give me more, and it worked just as planned. Made me feel better knowing they somewhat looked like the suckers after! (Yet again shows their greed) Ps their detail shop sucks xxxx as well. After they were done detailing my "new" car i had to go vaccum and wipe the inside doen as there were still pebbles and dirt everything and smears on the door panels. I would NOT refer this dealership to anyone. These ppl all have a nice smile but are pretty much snakes slithering in the grass. They dont care about you or anything else. Do NOT but from these people ! They will rip you off and rake advantage of you ! More

No integrity Very disappointed. Thought I was dealing with an establishments that dealt with honesty and integrity. Such is not the case. Bought a used 2016 cara Very disappointed. Found that the car proof was not true. Many things wrong with vehicle when checked out. Contacted sales rep, he told us they had a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Returned car and decision was made to buy a new one. The guarantee was for only the cost of the used van. After all discussion we lost approx $2000.00 onthepurchase of the used van. To me integrity means a satisfaction guaranteed all monies from used vehicle owned for 3 days should go towards purchase of new. Appears you get a good deal and they get a good deal more. Would not recommend this dealer. This is written without predujic. After receiving call from owner I now understand better as to how the caroroof etc works. I in no way was saying that they falsified any info regarding the car proof. The owner has told me he will look into the matter re the condition of the used car. I find it very responsive for an owner to call a buyer and discuss the problems. Want to say thanks for taking the time to discuss our situation.
