The worst dealership in Calgary I have never left a negative review before , but today I would like to share my experience , rather I would like to say my BAD EXPERIENCE . when I cho I have never left a negative review before , but today I would like to share my experience , rather I would like to say my BAD EXPERIENCE . when I choose RENFREW Dealership I opted it for its reputation in the market , unfortunately the standard of customer service was very poor and contrary to my expectation , even I can not express my feeling with what they did with me . where do I start ?? When I visited them to buy a jeep car , the sales associate helped me to find a car with a specific options I require for , and we agreed on a reasonable deal , once I settle all the document I went to finalize the deal , I suddenly got choked as I found them changed the chosen car with another one with lower options and when I spoke up and I try to ask for my rights and face them with the fact that they attempting to cheat and deceive me, they started manipulated with rude , flippant and unprofessional attitude . the situation at all was unacceptable and it became more worst when one of their managers interact with the scene with unprofessional conduct , when I found the situation went to that direction I insisted to get the car I choose from the beginning and with lots of arguments from our both side , I succeeded to get the car in spit of paying extra money . I am sharing that bad experience and I will share it in most of the social media cause I am very DISAPPOINTED AND OUTRAGED with RENFREW dealership as they treat me with insulting , offensive and opprobrious behavior , and they forget that it is about CUSTOMER SERVICE . 😟 More
