Big mistake buying here Worst experience I have ever had. First Brent tried to hide 14 000 in negative equity on my trade in. Fantastic all around! I recently purchased a New 2018 Jeep Cherokee Overland from Renfrew Chrysler. I had purchased this from Kevin Macduff. He was great to deal with. I to I recently purchased a New 2018 Jeep Cherokee Overland from Renfrew Chrysler. I had purchased this from Kevin Macduff. He was great to deal with. I told Kevin what I was looking for and he picked out the right type of vehicle that best suited me. We had a great time test driving the different models of Jeeps. After numbers were discussed and agreed upon with Kevin, I met with the Director of Finance Katherine Chan. Katherine was a pleasure to deal with, she really knew what she was talking about. Katherine explained in detail what I was able to get with my new Cherokee, Protection packages and the different types of warranties that would fit me best as I do a lot of highway driving. We went over the contracts in detail and she made sure I understood what was in front of me. I had a lot of questions and I'm sure I was getting on her nerves but she was patient with me the whole time. Katherine was able to get me fully approved, paper work all completed and out of the dealership within 1 hr. Katherine even helped me with setting up Insurance and transferring over my registration! I do not remember the finance manager doing that for me last time I purchased a Jeep from Big 4. With Katherine switching over my insurance and registration, it saved me a lot of time and hassle because I'm stuck in the old ages and I like to go to my insurance broker in person ... ha ha. .. I'm not even that old! Both Kevin Macduff and Katherine Chan were such fantastic to deal with I would not think twice to send my friends and family to see them both for sales and financing! A person couldn't ask or a better representative, friendly, humble, and goes out of their way to do everything in their power to make a deal work. I understand that as a business Renfrew has to make money in their dealings otherwise there would be no point in running a business, and to go out of their way to get a deal going despite profit margins being thin just to keep a customer happy is something that you would see almost no where else.
