Worst experience ever with these guys TRUST ME DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Came all the way from bc to calagary almost 1700 km drive to pick my truck Firstly customer service ZERO waited a ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Salesman said that the truck will be in perfect condition but ended up with broken windshield so they said we will fix it …still nothing no update at all and after that while checking out the truck saw a paint chipped from the rim and told him to fix straight up he said we can do nothing and top of that giving me attitude..when came back to drove 1700 km back realised on the screen only 55%oil life like i was like such a big company and such CHEAP SERVICES that they provide like a customer is paying 80k for the truck and you guys dont even do a proper inspection and oil change whule selling the truck. Paid 80k for the truck and then you get attitude and worst customer experience ever in return….been texting them and calling them to fix my wind NO ANSWER AT ALL. Renfrew Jeep is a bad place to buy a car from they take you in to try and make a deal, but there’s no deal to be had. I had to let them take the nice wheels and tires off and put old ones on, the tires wer you in to try and make a deal, but there’s no deal to be had.
