Total ripoff I went to renfrew a year ago when month of the ram was going on. 25 percent off. I bought a ram bighorn , it was listed for 58000, and was told I was getting it for 44000, I always thought that my payment was a bit high but chalked it up to a higher interest rate, and being a bit upside down on my grand Cherokee trade in. I really should have looked into this more. I took my ram to tower Chrysler tonight to see what I could get for a trade, I was looking for something smaller, easier on gas. I was told I still owe 48000 on this truck and I paid 54000 for it, I almost fainted, I got so ripped off by these guys. When i bought the truck from Henry at renfrew I asked for a copy of the contract, he said they email them and that I should receive it soon. It never arrived, and now I know why, the day before I picked up the truck from Henry he said I needed to put down 800 dollars because something JUST came up, can't remember what it was! He stuck in there with me and my indecisiveness all the way. He made my shopping a pleasant experience and even filled my car with balloons and hand drawn notes of congratulations when I finally decided. If you want an enthusiastic and knowledgeable sails guy he is your man. PS ... I wish the service department had washed the car so it was nice and shiny when I picked it up!! Taking Advantage I was looking to trade my Range Rover evoque last november 2017, one guy from this dealership called me i forgot the name, they offered me a jeep comp I was looking to trade my Range Rover evoque last november 2017, one guy from this dealership called me i forgot the name, they offered me a jeep compass and signed the yellow paper that night in instant, main reason for me is to cut down my high biweekly to by all means a lower one but i figured out that the jeep compass year 2018 is more expensive than my range rover 2014, i had the jeep for 2 days, not even regustered under my name and no insurance, and i ask them again to offer me a cheaper one, so i go back to them and thwy offered me a grand caravan 2017, and cash back and because i needed money to cover my expenses for my grandparenrs hospitalization i grabbed it. But in instant they let me signed the yellow paper and didnt gave me the copy from the first transaction and they put the price of the jeep to the total which i only realized today, i am paying negative equities from a car that i never bought and it was never regustered under my name. I know i am wrong in this situation but i think that they took advantage of me being a less knowledgeable person in this feild. Now i owe 6700 to a basic grand caravan compared to my ra ge rover evoque. This van doesnt even have extended warranty on it super basic. When i emailed the department for possible trade again they answered so fast but when i emailed them about this thoughtz nobody wants to answer. Thats why i thought something is really going wrong. Pls help me i dont want to get drown into so much debt. More
