Very friendly and courteous staff making a great sales experience. Had been looking for a Pathfinder forever and finally found one here, in the color that we had wanted. Being from out of town I was thi experience. Had been looking for a Pathfinder forever and finally found one here, in the color that we had wanted. Being from out of town I was thinking that the experience would be a little nerve-wracking but after a few texts back and forth with Hana, Kevin and Wen we had a framework deal in place. They wanted to keep the vehicle for a few weeks to use for a demo and I was fine with that as I trusted them to both hold it for me and not put too many kilometers on it and they were true to their word! Finally set up a date and time to pick up the vehicle and they had pretty much everything ready to go knowing that I was from out of town and had a long trip back. Felt like a five star celebrity as the car was covered for me to "reveal" the new vehicle which was a nice touch. A gift basket in hand courtesy of Hana and I was on my way. A truly, non-rushed and pampered experience! More

So dispapointed with this Dealer as I am a real person to experience such ever bad sevice. I bought an used car in Jun 2022. There was an issue with water condensation inside taillight. I was committed to fix before pick up but it did not happened. Salesman told that it had been fixed and steam would be eliminated after couple of days. I was lied because the Dealer never repair it, after that I had to take my car up and down more than 1 month to dealer's service for just check and promise but did not work. I escalated the case to upper level finally they did get rid of responsibility. This comment for those who are going to buy used cars of this dealer. Let be sure your concerns are solved before getting a vehicle to home, otherwise you will not be serviced like the first time come in this dealer. More
