Poor communication (says will order parts and call in a week once arrived. I called 5 times to inquire over the course of 1.5 months with no response besides "I will get someone to call you back" and never week once arrived. Both times said nothing was wrong.. took vehicle to a different Honda dealer and instantly they found the problem and ordered parts to fix the issue, blaming customers for their screw ups (lost my car key and blamed me). On Tuesday, I brought my vehicle in for its first oil change and change over of seasonal tires. My billing included for the oil change, change-over of the tires, as well as $99.88 to store the tires. I have heard that the service at Regina Honda was very poor prior to me having to send my vehicle in for service. When dealing with reception at service on the phone I felt like I was given the cold shoul poor prior to me having to send my vehicle in for service. When dealing with reception at service on the phone I felt like I was given the cold shoulder because I did not to purchase the vehicle from Regina Honda. Once my car got serviced I was told the issue was fixed and I was instructed by my service advisor that I "must" give 5 stars for all categories or else Regina Honda does not get a good review. When I got home and found out the issue my vehicle was having was indeed not fixed I called back and called to the service advisor. I was told there was nothing more that could be done and the service provided (took my vehicle out on the highway and hammered on the breaks to get them from making noise) was all that could be done. The rumors that I have heard about Regina Honda turned out to be true and it was one of the worst experiences I have had! More
