I would like to be able to give 5 stars because almost everyone who helped us was super friendly and helpful. My only recommendation would be to the lady who takes calls for the service department. This is the second time I’ve spoken with the same person in the last few months and while she was thorough, I didn’t find her tone to be very friendly. It could almost be described as condescending. I realize how busy the department is and that time is precious, but both times I hung up after speaking with this person I was unhappy. More

My CRV had a flat tire. I was able to fill the tire with air and get it to Honda. The staff was great to fit me into their schedule.
