He gave us an honest report about the car whether the car had an accident or not which not many product adviser will reveal that. He gave us also a fair trade with our car and on top of that Jon and his two managers gave us 4 brand new michelin winter tires. We bought this for our daughter as she needs the car for her practicum, and she is really happy and very satisfied with the car we bought at Regency Toyota. Not only sales department, but other departments (Finance Department, their ICBC personnel also gave us a good option for the insurance that is suitable for my daughter and the best option for her) at Regency Toyota also gave us an excellent service. The used car that we just bought in October 2019 was not the first car we bought, I have bought a brand new car in September 2016 from Regency Toyota and I was very satisfied with the car and the service they gave me. When I made my mind, after trying out other cars from other brands, I paid him a visit again. Despite trying the rav 4 LE edition on the first instant I know I wanted to have a bit more options and was eyeing the se version. So, he ensured that I was able to test-drive the same model as requested. Trust me it makes a big difference when you get to try the exact model- you know exactly what you are getting in terms of the package. He has been patient through out the whole process and even after getting the car, any time I have a question, I text him and he is always readily available in answering my questions.
