Fantastic experience; My husband dealt with Andrea first, then took me back to meet her and discuss a purchase further. From the minute I met her (friendly handshake), I liked her. She included both myself and my husband in the process, took the time to talk to our baby, and was quick, professional and didn't expect me to wait around all day discussing! Very efficient salesperson and once the paperwork was finished (even though it was closing time) she took the time to go through the vehicle and explain all the cool features of my new Sorento...After discovering a bit of a glitch with the sunroof, she brought Sam in to inspect (whom was also super helpful) and asked me to call as soon as it was convenient so we could have it repaired. From a financial aspect Leslie was our first point of contact and she was also fantastic; quick to the point, efficient and also didn't expect me to sit there watching her do her job...She told me Tracey would contact me within an hour and true to her word she did! Tracey was a lot of fun, great sense of humor, easy to talk to and so knowledgable...She covered the paperwork front to back, clarified points, answered questions and never hesitated...Confidence is a must for me; anything else makes me feel nervous! :) All in all there is nothing I could say negatively about my experience at Kia with these staff members! In the last 3 days I have visited many dealerships (even sent a negative email to management regarding one experience) I believe in giving credit where credit is due...you all earned this review and all the others I have read! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience...and my great new vehicle! More
The service was good, they were very informative about the my new car. They were fast with processing the paperwork and made sure that all the lose end were tied up so I didn't have to worry about anythin the my new car. We have always been pleased with the staff at Scott Kia since the day we visited and purchased our 2008 Rondo! The man that sold us the Rondo was fantastic! no pressure but very knowledeable! Every service job has been done with professionalism both on the parts of the servicemen & counter staff (Peter Andrews) When we arrive with our vehicle for servicing, Peter sometimes tells us about something that is flagged on our file....something they need to do along with our regular servicing. He's always pleasant and has the work done as quickly as possible! The shuttle drivers are always friendly and prompt! We constantly tell our friends about the wonderful service....even our son is purchasing a Kia Sedona! Thank you Scott KIA for a job ALWAYS WELL DONE!! More

We just purchased a new Sorento and Steve helped put it in the price point to make the sale. Included in the price was the lifetime rust and underbody protection and paint and upholstery. Liked the fact that the price was the price with no add ons. The young "Geek squad" helped sink my blue tooth with a good attitude. Everybody was friendly, upbeat and helpful. The minute rock chip in the window was pointed out and clearly stated that they will replace the windshield at no cost when the roads are freer of rocks. All in all, a very good experience and I look forward to having my vehicle serviced here. More
My son just purchased a used car from Scott Kia. He had called in to inquire about the car and Adam had it waiting for us when we arrived...spotless and with a full tank of gas. Leslie was great as well, very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to get on our way with the vehicle. We certainly would recommend Scott Kia, especially Adam. The salesman was really friendly and new his product very well. The finance ladies did a good job and they were also very friendly. Donnie worked hard to find me some studded winter tires. The service was great, I had an excellent experience. No pushy sales people and they really know everything about the vehicles. Everything was great. Very friendly and extremley helpful. They did what they could to get the price in the range that I needed, to make the purchase possible. The people of the kia dealership have always done everything in their power to facilitate appointments for our Sorento, to do the little extra touch ups, ie) cart mark on side of car,conversation and everything in their power to facilitate appointments for our Sorento, to do the little extra touch ups, ie) cart mark on side of car,conversation and laughter, showing that you are more than a number, and appreciated. Going to a dealership is a chore in long list of todo's, however, going to this dealership is very fun and efficient, taking the sting out of the dreaded appointment. It is very clean, uncluttered, great tv viewing on different screens, colouring for kids, and a ride and pick up anywhere you may need to go. We purchased from Robert and Sam, financed with Leslie, and see Pete, Connie, and Donnie, regularily for this and that service. The mechanics are educated and proficient, a smile when they see you. All in all, I have gained some great friends in life by comming to this great place! This is one appointment I no longer dread. More
