My whole experience so far with Scott Kia has been great. Right from my initial conversation with Roger then Adam and Tracey's aid in keeping me in the loop, the service was fantastic. Adam showed us vehicles within our price range, did NOT try to upsell. He was friendly, no pressured salesperson. The next day, I could not get my cell phone to connect to the bluetooth feature and he invited me to come by and he would do it for me. He was there, polite, friendly, patient and tried (unsuccessfully as it would turn out, it's broken) to connect my phone. When it was discovered it didn't work, he walked me to the parts department to make an appointment and assured me it was covered under warranty. Tracey was extremely friendly and helpful. She got our financing at a surprisingly lower rate than we had previously been offered at other car lots. She got all the paperwork done and in order quickly. Both Adam and Tracey have been extremely helpful during and after this sale. I have purchased a few vehicles from various car dealers and always walked away feeling "talked into or taken advantage of". Adam and Tracey both made me feel like I was family, making sure I felt comfortable with the payment they offered. Going so far as to lower the payment by taking out whatever extra coverage we decided if the payment was too high. Other dealerships DO NOT do that, they guilt you into feeling like you have to purchase whatever warranty and such. Then, once the papers are signed you no longer exsist. I have already told everyone I know (across Canada) about how fantastic the service was at the Scott Kia, in particular Adam and Tracey, and encouraged a few relatives to check out the Kia dealerships in their areas. I decided on a tuesday I wanted a new vehicle. I researched what I thought I wanted and that Tuesday evening after I got off work stopped at Kia first off. Sadly, they were closing in just 10 minutes so we couldn't really look at anything but Adam caught us, gave us his card and we set up an appointment for the following monday to test drive the sportage! He called me the next morning and said he had an opening that night at 5pm! We drove the sportage, and it felt perfect. Price was right too! Signed the papers that night! There was no pressure to buy either which was great. We knew what we wanted he let us make the decision. Leslie helped us out enormously as this was my first big purchase, she knew how to ease my mind. She's great! The next day I was approved for financing, gave her a deposit and they found me a sportage! I was dissapointed that I didn't get my first or even top 3 colour choices at first. Leslie saved me there again! (I got my 3rd pick) Adam personally drove to go get my new sportage and it was in town by saturday. They didn't have a detailer on shift that day so I couldn't get it until monday. BUT it was worth the wait. Just under a week and I driving my new ride! It's perfect! Everything happened so fast and so easy! Everyone who saw me in the dealership even said hi, they are all great people! Would recommend Kia to everyone! We recently purchased a 2011 Kia Optima and traded in our Kia Sportage, which we have loved. We have had excellent service and have loved our Kia vehicles and you would really have to do some convincing to Kia Sportage, which we have loved. Steve was a great salesman and the service we have had over the years from first Warren, and now Peter and Donnie has been wonderful. They are always so helpful and the couple of times when I have really needed service they have always made sure I was looked after. I look forward to many more years with my Kia! More
