Very friendly, helpful staff. My only complaint would be that when I originally said yes to my new purchase, we had worked out a price and everything seemed to have been agreed upon. A couple days later when I was happily anticipating picking up my new vehicle, they admitted to an error on their part regarding pricing of the vehicle. They simply expected me to accept the new terms at the much higher price. It wound up being a bit stressful but eventually I hashed it out with the dealership GM and he agreed to add undercoating and a car starter as compensation for their mistake. I know I would not have received this if I hadn't pretty much begged for it even though it was their error. Although this experience left a bad taste in my mouth, I do love my new car (2013 rio) and the service since has been superb. More

Because they were all so awesome to deal with the first time, I thought it best to go back to them agai the most recent being my 2010 Kia Forte Koup. The staff at Scott Kia are all so friendly, caring, have the best advice for their customers and when I have to bring my vehicle in for any service or inspection appointments, they get the work done in a timely manner and always have the best advice when it comes to anything about my car. When I have questions they always get back to me ASAP and always go above and beyond from what any other dealership I have ever dealt with in the past. I would highly recommend Scott Kia to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle and needing a fabulous dealership to help them with both the purchase, as well as the service and friendly customer support. I have never had an issue with this dealership and I don't usually go to these websites to rate anyone but because of the service they extend to their customers, they are number one and definitely at the top of their game!!! I was completely wrong to have any concern - the experience was awesome, everything was as we had talked on the phone and email, and the car is fantastic. Adam Fik (sales) and Leslie Morrison (finance) were exceptionally helpful, clear, and supportive (they both have a great sense of humour as well). They dealt with every one of my concerns and questions - all while patiently working me through the process (which was really simple).
