I went in to scott Kia to check out a Rhondo. steve was very informative but I wanted to check other makes that were similar. Each time I came back steve was very helpful. I have given this dealer ship this rating because it was a very enjoyable experience. The people were fun and open. You could joke around with each person. I really like this dealership because I found there was no pressure to buy! There is nothing worse then a pushy sales person. I had been searching on-line for about 2 months...looking for a vehicle in my price range with the options and features that I wanted. I booked a test drive on-line and within 15 minutes received a phone call from Adam to confirm the date and time. He was pleasant and helpful from "hello". Our experience with Scott Kia is that they provide excellent service through their parts and service department once you have a vehicle purchased through them. Peter (service) and Donny (parts) are personable and helpful. The excellent salesperson who sold us our 2007 vehicle is no longer with the dealership; however, we were pleased with the purchase experience provided by our new salesperson Adam today. Leslie did an thorough job of explaining the financial and warranty paperwork handling the transaction with humour and expertise. The model of car we drive - the Kia Rondo has proven to be a versatile, reliable, comfortable vehicle that we look forward to driving for years to come.
