Very satisfied customer We stopped into the dealership on a quick trip to Belleville inquiring about a 2017 Chrysler 300 Platinum. We had 2 previous quotes from a local dealership whom we have done business with since 1990. The quotes were ridiculous and we decided to start looking at other car manufactures. We are a 2 car Chrysler family and felt that our loyalty was no longer important.. On a quick trip to Belleville we checked out Ralph Neale's Belleville.. We were greeted by Andy mcNulty and couldn't have been better looked after. We were given a price on a new Chrysler 2017 300 platinum and confirmed the deal within the hour. We were impressed with the facility and the cleanliness and pride of the employee as he showed us around the facility. This is the first time I have been disappointed with the service I received today. I attended the dealership to have my truck's first oil change since purchasing it new earlier in 2016. At the same time I wanted a tire rotation completed as it too was required. Prior to this visit, I purchased mud flaps (from Ralph Neale) for the truck and installed them myself. I was unable to use the plastic rivets provided as my rivet gun did not have the proper adapter. I was hoping to have the tech install the rivets as I already pre-drilled the holes, and it would take a minute to do. Also, seeing how I was having a tire rotation completed and the wheels would be off, the tech could install the locking lug nuts as they weren't when I purchased the vehicle. I was informed by service staff the installation of the rivets and locking nuts would cost $55 to be completed. Obviously I was not happy, and declined to have them installed for this outrageous fee. I can't figure out why this cost me anything seeing the tires were already OFF, therefore, the tech would be swapping locking nuts already provided. I would think having a service fee of $216.77 for this visit and purchasing a new truck (my third from Blvl Dodge) for $46 000 would suffice not having to pay 1/2 labour rate for a 5 min install but maybe I'm wrong. I appreciate the service staff asking me before this was done and I will still continue to receive service at Belleville Dodge but this incident really did bother me today. More

Happy Customer! I came into the Dodge dealership very hesitant to buy (as I really dreaded the thought of owning a "mom van") but due to the fact that we had 3 childr I came into the Dodge dealership very hesitant to buy (as I really dreaded the thought of owning a "mom van") but due to the fact that we had 3 children we had outgrown our current vehicle. On my first trip in Amanda met me at the door, as well as had a vehicle for us to test drive at the door. She was very thorough in showing us the features that the vehicle had to offer. After the test drive we met with George who took us through the financing part of the process. My husband and I decided to go home and think things over before making our final decision. On my second trip into the dealership I came in with all 3 children (ages 4,2 and 3 months). Amanda was busy with another customer so Andy met me at the door. We were taken to his office where he immediately turned his TV to treehouse which was awesome because it kept the kids entertained. When Amanda was done with her customers she came to Andy's office and was absolutely wonderful with my children. She offered them cookies and water. She very quickly became their new best friend once she gave them balloons as well. George was also great with my children, keeping them entertained while I filled out all of the necessary paperwork. On my final trip to the dealership I was picking up my new vehicle. The kids and I were taken back to meet with Janice to finish the final paperwork. She was very good with my children as well and had colouring books and crayons ready to go! As a mother of 3 young children having people around you interact with your children, and more importantly didn't make me feel as if they were a nuisance being there makes all of the difference! I would recommend Belleville Dodge in a heartbeat to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. And after a week of ownership I actually LOVE my "mom van"! More
