Absolutely Perfect in every way - honestly. I drove for many hours from a large city (which has tons of Chrysler dealerships) to purchase my car in Belleville. I have always believe in trusting your gut and I knew within minutes this was a special place. This team made me realize that they are honest, kind, and only working to make sure the customer gets exactly what they are looking for. I was never rushed or passed over but instead felt like there was no one more important than me and it was not all about the sale. Instead, it was about making sure I was happy with my car. I am often intimidated by finance people but Max made the process easy and he worked for me to create an amazing deal. They were good to their word and my car was ready and waiting when I arrived. W5 will need to pick another dealership to expose. Janice was patient with me as she explained my new car controls making sure I was safe on the long drive home. Andy was always around to help and his smile was very genuine. I love my car but believe it is mostly because of the way I was treated at this dealership. Spent a few minutes speaking to Shay on technical aspects of the vehicle and was impressed with his knowledge. I purchased a new i phone several days ago and being technically challenged I attended the dealership 2 days ago where I spoke to Janet. Janet immediately came out to my vehicle and within a minute my phone was all hooked up to the vehicle Uconnect and now working great. I find ALL the staff and employees of this dealership treat you like family and go out of their way to assist you with any concerns or assistance you may need. More
