Buying a Jeep should always be this easy From the worst possible buying experience to the best, If your new vehicle purchase was not easy and painless you likely didn’t buy it from Ralph Neal From the worst possible buying experience to the best, If your new vehicle purchase was not easy and painless you likely didn’t buy it from Ralph Neale’s Belleville dodge. When I decided to exchange my nissan for a new wrangler I never expected my local dealer to threaten legal action over a $500 deposit on a wrangler that was mis represented and would not actually suit my families needs. With a growing family and a need for a larger vehicle we decided to peruse our dream of purchasing another wrangler. We thought we had found a suitable Jeep and signed an agreement based on mutual terms with the dealer and our own verbal contracts allowing ourselves options to back out if the vehicle was not what we needed or could not meet the financial obligations. After doing research of my own I informed the dealer the vehicle was not equipped to tow our camper and we were not going to peruse completion of this sale. The response we receive was “thats not an option, you already bought this vehicle” the general manager threatened me with a lawsuit over this! At this point I contacted the president of the company and explained to him exactly why I would not buy any vehicle from his dealership after getting this response from his general manager. Then I called Ryan, my family has bought multiple vehicles from Ryan and this is the reason why. With 1 phone call Ryan set me up with the exact vehicle I wanted and the payments that fit. Even with the complications and threats from the other dealer Ryan was understanding and patient offering his professional advise wherever he could. If my first call would have been to Ryan I would have had the deal closed within days from over 300km away never having to step foot in the dealership until the day of delivery. On the day I picked up my new vehicle I hopped on a train and took the trip from Woodstock to Belleville, Scott picked me up from the station and since Ryan was engaged in other responsibilities was able to finalize all of the paperwork effortlessly. We have had more than our fair share of troubles with Chrysler vehicles and dealers, after making the 6 hour round trip to Belleville for the 5th time it is clear that not one of these bad expierences was the fault of Ryan or his team. Ralph Neale’s Belleville dodge will absolutely be my top consideration for my next vehicle purchase. More

Easy to talk to. Informative as to selection of vehicle. Sales reps, Chris Parks and Dave Steele were very helpful & informative, and provided all information to make a decision. He was fair with trade-in offer, but not flexible as to the bottom line price. Andy McNulty was there to provide assurance that customer satisfaction was being provided. Test drive of the 2015 G C Crew was done with satisfaction, and Chris went over some of the main features of the vehicle, and all were working well. A complete service and 100 point inspection was performed prior to delivery. However, the windshield washer fluid reservoir was empty, otherwise no problems. More
