He got all the information we needed in helping us decide. We drove in with a Dodge Journey (lemon to us) and drove out within a couple hours with a 2018 Jeep Cherokee. He was very informative and very approachable, not pushy at all. Neither my husband or I felt pressured or obligated in anyway. It was a SUPER experience.
