This is my first experience purchasing a vehicle from Ralph Neale Dodge. Scott was helpful and courteous right from the get-go. The process of buying a truck was very informative and smooth. Our previous truck was a total loss and they worked with us while the insurance was processed. After purchasing the truck, I was kept up to date on the status of it "getting ready" for me to pick it up. Scott was very helpful on the date of pickup, walking us through all the features of the truck and where to find more information before we left the lot. I would recommend anyone visit Ralph Neale for their next vehicle. More
