Had a terrible experience today I asked for a conventional oil change but when I got the bill it was synthetic for twice the price. He said I prob broke it myself so take it to Porthope for warranty. Doesn’t seem very professional to me it prob a $10 light. This is my third new Dodge truck all from Porthope but I did buy my Journey from you last year. I’ve been slowly making you my dealer of choice but after today I don’t think I’ll be back. The warranty refusal rubbed me the wrong way. So I called Porthope and they said of course it’s covered pop by anytime and we’ll change it. More
