When he came back he only gave me bi-weekly payments (which were more than what is advertised on manufacturers web-site and what I got from other dealers) and when I requested price details he got a bit upset. So he went back to his manager. This rude and un-professional sales manager calls me in and started to give me lectures how I don't know anything about cars. When I told him that I did not receive any rebates that I'm entitled too and that his payment are plus my down payment and my trade in ( which almost half from what it is worth) and that his price was over $30000 more than anybody else he tells me how I'm on a private property and I should leave. Hello, did you think money grows on the trees? Why would I want to overpay? People should stay from this dealer. More

"George" was such a friendly man, and I felt confident in what he had to say. He came with me on a test drive and made me feel very relaxed. He talked to my son over the phone, and then the next day my son and daughter both came with me for a test drive, and, after discussing price and meeting with Matt who arranged the loan, I now had a new vehicle and would pick it up the next day. Even though I had thoroughly researched the vehicle online he was able to demonstrate several features I was unaware of. The particular vehicle I was interested in was not available and had to be custom ordered from the factory. Raceway ensured I received the exact vehicle I wanted and it arrived on the date indicated. In the past I have not enjoyed the experience of purchasing a new vehicle because of high pressure salespeople and the subsequent attempts to sell additional features such as extended warranty and undercoating. I was pleasantly surprised at the relaxed manner of the Raceway Chrysler team, respecting my desire to not purchase anything additional and efficiently conclude the purchase agreement. More

At that time we were presented with all the documents to sign by Manjinder Benipal, the Financial Services Manager. There were numerous documents to sign but Manjinder explained all the documents that we were signing that day. We purchased the Disability insurance that was available for the loan payments, but a week later we discovered that the policy we signed for wasn't the one we thought we were getting. To make this long story short, we want to thank Manjinder for all his persistence in dealing with the insurance company to get them to change the policy to the one we originally thought we had signed for. He and I have had numerous phone calls over the last six weeks discussing how this was going to be fixed. We appreciate all his help in getting this looked after for us and we wanted his manager to know this... More
