I went to RMP to have my windshield replaced after receiving a ticket from the city police so nicely in the middle of winter-so I booked my appointment went dropped it off in the morning and when I ca receiving a ticket from the city police so nicely in the middle of winter-so I booked my appointment went dropped it off in the morning and when I came in, I brought my breakfast with me Cuz the last time it only took a couple hours and it’s middle of winter and I don’t wanna go anywhere in the middle of the winter like shopping or whatever have you and so the girl said do you need a ride and I’m like no no I’m waiting for it so when I booked the appointment with the ladies, nobody told me that they were gonna keep the vehicle all day because I booked it on my day off from work-RMP went above and beyond what a dealership would normally do cause I’ve experienced other dealerships and they would’ve just said too bad so sad if you go, but RMP got me a courtesy vehicle so that I could go do my errands because I don’t live in town and they had the truck for the better part of five hours and I was very appreciative of them giving me their courtesy vehicle so I highly recommend them More
