Releasing defective new cars I picked up a new vehicle from this dealership and noticed a warning light driving it home. So the day after getting a new car I had to go back for se I picked up a new vehicle from this dealership and noticed a warning light driving it home. So the day after getting a new car I had to go back for service. This dealership released a brand new vehicle that wasn't inspected. That is unacceptable. Take you business elsewhere. The sale's people were courteous except for one manager who told me I was stupid to buy the car instead of financing and then tried to sell me rust proofing. Unbelievable. More

I'm very happy with my 2016 Mazda 3 GT experience I don't know anyone personally but I bought a 2016 Mazda 3 GT at Prima last week. I'm not very easy to deal with and always have lots of questions. The sales rep, Howard was helping me understand everything I asked when their general manager casually came by and said hi. His name is Rui. So between these two, they were successfull in helping me to decide to buy from them. Next was their business manager. But to my surprize, Arthur was excellent. I bought a couple of things from him, like 6 year extended warranty. The car was ready for me a few days later. It was perfect. Howard showed me how everything works. I think he got my phone synced in less than 30 seconds. So there you have it. Prima is the place to buy a Mazda from based on my experience. I am bringing a friend there tomorrow about a CX3 or CX5. Don't bother....poor poor service I've had numerous bad experiences at Prima Mazda, we bought a mazda there. Good car but the service is horrible. I went in for the "FREE for life" o I've had numerous bad experiences at Prima Mazda, we bought a mazda there. Good car but the service is horrible. I went in for the "FREE for life" oil change, well they told me it was free as long as I rotate the tires...for $24 or so...OK that's fine...but then it was rotate tires and something else, and so on...until one day I went in for an oil change and rotate the tires, and the so called mechanic came out and said I need a new battery, transmission fluid change, and new wipers, I said to myself xxx??...I told him to give me the keys back I'm leaving....I wrote a negative feedback of the bad experience I had. I never went back, even after the apologized to me via email...I cancelled my "free" oil changes and never went back. They are crooks, if you work hard for your money avoid this PRIMA MAZDA dealership, because they will rip you off. More

Unfortunately, at Prima Mazda, there is not much concerns after they sell you the car....not much respect for the customer that spent over $30k there...just trying to convince you that issues you have are "normal thing". At the last service, they crewed up my brake pedal...now they can't repair it,....convincing me that "its all normal thing" I don't know how this dealership, was recommended from Car Help Canada...@CP24..big mistake from their side.
