Terrible customer service. First time Hyundai owner- booked an appointment for a level 1 service. Took over 2 hours and they claimed I chose level 3 service which is wrong. Cha First time Hyundai owner- booked an appointment for a level 1 service. Took over 2 hours and they claimed I chose level 3 service which is wrong. Charged me over $400 more than level 1. Was supposed to get a free car wash but never did. Be warned - this place will do work you don’t need. More

We had a frustrating and confusing experience. This is the second Hyundai dealership we've visited, trying to negotiate a trade-in and purchase an Ioniq 6. I believe the first dealership left notes about our inquiry after we declined their shady offers. It’s our right to find an intelligent and reasonably honest salesperson. However, I think they were notified, and we were dismissed with the excuse that a 46k KM car, in excellent shape, has mechanical issues and the engine light is on. I will report Nadia, the salesperson because that was a lie (no engine light or weird noises) and we spent money checking our car. The scare they gave us should be dealt with, as I paid 400 CAD to inspect the car based on their "expert" advice. We went with Ford, which seems to be more transparent and genuinely interested in selling cars. More
