We had been looking for the right Honda CRV for a while at this point. We found a great fit for us on Auto Trader (an ad posted by Precision Honda Mississauga) and called the dealership immediately, this w at this point. We spoke to Lorenzo, and he confirmed after we told him about the vehicle and the specs from the ad, that it was “still in their show room”. Great, we said. We’ll be there in just over an hour we told him, being from Kitchener Ontario, and it being rush hour, it would take a moment for us to get there. He said “great I’ll see you soon”. We arrived to find that the vehicle we had confirmed (and I mean we even gave him the odometer reading, the price, colour, year, and exact model of the vehicle) was sold days prior. We asked if there were any other vehicles similar, there was another high model available however it was way out of our price range (had larger wheels too, which we didn’t care to pay for) and they were not even willing to consider a deal on that vehicle or any other vehicle for that matter. I had barely said “well can you work with us on this” before “nope nope the prices are all fixed.” The apology for wasting our time and gas we received was half hearted at best. Some people have 0 respect for anyone else, I prefer to give my hard earned money to those that care about their clients. I would stay away from this dealership. More
Worse dealership ever! ! Bought in my car 3x as I had problems with my dashboard. Disappearing information. Nobody - including service manager - Joe Pires - could help. ! Has no time, speaks in a condescending manner and couldn't care less. After waiting 3 hours patiently, he indicates that others are waiting. I WAS WAITING FOR 3 HOURS!!! My time is just as valuable as his. Then I had to follow up to make sure that my vehicle was washed. First time ever! There was always an excuse - I have to wait an hour, the machine was broken, excuse after excuse. I wonder if I can use excuses for paying!!! I am not sure if this was just me or my experience, but it is really unacceptable, I am going to connect with the Ministry of Consumer & Commercial Relations and Honda Canada. I will get my car fixed elsewhere and see if I can submit invoice to them to pay. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! More

I visited this dealership in the hopes of leasing a 2021 Honda Accord. Absolute terrible service from the Leasing Manager Ahmad Nabtiti, who was aggressive and condescending. I'm not sure how a reputable company like Honda has managed to give this man a Manager title. He falsified my application by altering my stated income in order to qualify me for a loan. I only found out when he later asked me to sign a different contract where they essentially tried to double the interest rate they said they could offer me. Needless to say, I quickly took my business elsewhere and I'm driving a new 2021 Accord that I purchased from another dealer. Beware of Ahmad and this particular Honda dealership, worst sales experience ever!! More

"Cabin Air Filter" $120, .3 hr. Big red light goes on beside "overcharge this guy". No, a cabin air filter is $12 on Amazon, the filter holder is easily accessed behind the glove box, and takes 2 minu beside "overcharge this guy". No, a cabin air filter is $12 on Amazon, the filter holder is easily accessed behind the glove box, and takes 2 minutes to change, but only if you have to empty the glove box first, 1 minute otherwise. Pretending their magic touch is worth 10 times that means I will never go there again. They were good when they were Ready Honda... I'm done with them now. More
This review is regarding the service department. I've been a customer here for over 12 years, back when they were known as Ready Honda. They have always been pricier than other service centres, but it wa been a customer here for over 12 years, back when they were known as Ready Honda. They have always been pricier than other service centres, but it was worth it for the good service that you would get. Over time, I have found that the service has deteriorated to the point where there's no point in paying more. Repairs seem to take a lot longer than they say it will, but the last straw was when I went there to replace one of my rims and tires, they just chucked the old dirty (and useless) tire and wheel into my trunk, piling it on top of my belongings. Absolutely no respect for my personal belongings. They didn't ask me, at any point, whether I wanted to keep my old tire/wheel (the same tire and wheel they claimed themselves to be unroadworthy and useless), so I wrongly assumed that common sense would prevail and that they would take the liberty to discard it for me. But instead, they didn't even put it in a plastic bag, they just chucked the dirty tire onto my trunk on top of my stuff. Infuriating. I spoke to the advisor, Winston, over the phone regarding this issue, who insinuated that I am making a big fuss about nothing and that he wouldn't consider it a big deal, but guesses that "some people just react differently". Condescending much? He raised his voice at me and accused me of making him hang up on another customer to take my call about the customer shuttle running 25 minutes late (as if this is my fault?). I guess it's entirely my fault that I had such a terrible experience. Fair point. I was foolish to take my business here. Not that I'd be comfortable with it anymore after getting an angry dressing down from the advisor who was indignant and defensive about my honest feedback, instead of trying to understand why I would be upset. More
