I was shopping on line for a particular used vehicle, I spotted one of interest at Ponoka Chrysler and sent a message to see if the vehicle was available for a test drive. I received a prompt answer from Doug the dealers principal. Doug referred me to sales associate Mark, to which I found truly genuine, friendly, honest gentleman. We took the vehicle for a test drive and he went over the mechanical history, and he went as far as getting me the information from the VIN. He kept in touch with me throughout the course of my hunt, until I bought. He assured me I would be looked after far after I purchased. I then had the pleasure of meeting Mary Jane, who again was very thorough, genuine, friendly and honest.
