Last year I picked out a new $80k truck I wanted Don't believe the typical car sales man xx on how great their service is and great the dealership is. Last year I picked out a new $80k truck I wanted but I wanted it in black. They tracked it down and it was supposed to be the same but different coulor interior. When it showed up they threw on $2 mud flaps, it did not have the same Crome package, and the black paint had white patches. They keep trying to push the truck on me saying the white will fade. Had to go back 4 times to get them to fix it properly and re paint the truck. For my troubles they were supposed to give me some credit for future service. I was so pissed off it took me a year to go back. I called the week before and talked to their service girl and booked an appointment for Monday to service my truck and add air bags. I dropped it off Sunday night and called to check in on Tursday they did not start it and was trying to get stuff lined up. Stopped by Thursday night and it just went on the lift. Called Friday and talked to the same service girl and all of her xxxxy attitude to see when my truck would be done. She let me know I will get my truck back when they are done with it and if it was not ready today it would be after the long weekend. I had to get grouchy to get my truck out today and now I find no credit on my account... So if you are going to make a trip to deal with this dealership I suggest you save your gas. More
