A bit of a challenge this time around ;-/ 2 star at best My visit started out with a bit of a misunderstanding I am afraid. It would seem the sales people thought I was giving them a sales pitch... Once we My visit started out with a bit of a misunderstanding I am afraid. It would seem the sales people thought I was giving them a sales pitch... Once we got the right people on the right teams things turned around and went somewhat better. Doug did his best to answer my needs and concerns, Derek was there for moral support (which was much needed and appreciated). Eldon said hello. Shantell was amazing, she went above and beyond to get me the rate I had been hoping for!! Thank you so much Shantell!!! Jae came through with an added touch that I was hoping for and which was also much appreciated. John was so pleasant as always and was quick to offer assistance when a situation came up, he did not hesitate. I think Mark needs a holiday, unfortunately it was him that I had to deal with through much of this process. I hope he is feeling better. More
