DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE, Kathy Chan-2014 outlarder purchase I was sucked in to a purchase of a 2014 Outlander from salesperson Katherine.who i really liked in the beginning of this ordeal. I had asked her sever I was sucked in to a purchase of a 2014 Outlander from salesperson Katherine.who i really liked in the beginning of this ordeal. I had asked her several questions one being if a block heater comes with the vehicle and she said "yes its included in the price". So i went head and got the 3m Film and a 3way starter put on/in. I wanted everything to be done the day i picked it up. Pick up day was here. I was quickly rushed through the paper work, and YES they did charge me for the block-heater 599.00 that was already installed in the vehicle, and they had lied in the bank forms by 8,084 kms and they called it typo. They put down 16 km. It was a big typo to me, when the bank thinks I put over 8,084 km on my drive home. After the paper work was done and they had my car (trade in). Katherine took me out to the vehicle and said, "OH the check engine light is ON we don't know why, bring to back next week(she knew it was on prior to the paper work being done). My trade in was a great vehicle ran awesome. Now this new one already has to come back to the shop and cost me another days pay. I asked her why didn't it come with the blocker-heater you clearly told me that it did. Her reply "it should have."and they wouldn't rectify that. Then I saw a door ding and a scratch on it too. So I Asked about that, they will fix only one but not the other. It clearly happen when they installed the starter or 3M film. And told me "that's what you get for paying the demo." The 3M film was full of bubbles everywhere. It was ridiculous. I sure didn't feel good about my purchase. :( So i looked on Kijiji that night and found their ad for the vehicle i just bought listed for $2000 less then what i payed and we apparently got a deal.....xxx Went back about that now to talk with general manager Robert the jerk. He told me a bunch of crap but he would see what he could do for me about the block heater, and call me back. No call. So I called back 2 days later to see what he figure out. He said that he was done with me and hang up. I was treated so bad that I hated them and the vehicle too, so I traded it in....took a huge loss....and now super happy with my new AWD Chrysler 300... :) FYI Platinum Mitsubishi has no 30 day or even 10 day money back guarantee on purchases you are not happy with and or have changed your mind about, they suck people in with a 10 yrs service warranty but leave no room up front once you realize this is not for me and its poorly made. More

Worst Experience I've Ever Had I went to this dealership with the intentions of purchasing a 2014 Mitsubishi RVR. Loved the vehicle, but found the salesperson Katherine to be condescending. I ignored it, and continued the process to buying the vehicle. We discussed numbers, and after they took a little bit off. I went to the finance office & filled out an application. I was told I was approved at a higher rate then 0%, and all the numbers were different. I have great credit and couldn't understand it. They were adding things, and hiding things. I felt uncomfortable and wanted my deposit back!!! But they refused, and said it was non refundable. I felt pressured and bullied into buying the car. Would not recommend to family n friends. VERY shady dealership. BEWARE More
