Dan Deng made the process of remote selection, price negotiation of my new vehicle very easy. He also went the extra step to actually come to my house to exchange vehicles and get the correct new snow t negotiation of my new vehicle very easy. I was pleased with the ease in booking an appointment and the covid protocals in place. My service advisor (Robin) was friendly and clearly explained what an A1 service code involved. He did not try to press the covid protocals in place. My service advisor (Robin) was friendly and clearly explained what an A1 service code involved. He did not try to pressure me into adding other services as well. There was ample space in the waiting room for social distancing between clients who were waiting at the dealership. My oil change was completed in record time. My service advisor (Robin) went over the inspection and cashed me out. An employee escorted me out to my car when work was completed. More
