My recent A19 service visit was an excellent experience.. and Service Advisor Brittany went out of her way to return a valuable device I had inadvertently left in my vehicle. However I am disappointed with the Pickering Honda sales team that sold me the ‘certified’ used vehicle 11 months ago. At he time of sale, my only condition was to confirm that the brakes were in tip top shape, and this they assured me adamantly. Well, 11 month and 11k later the service technician reports there is a critical need to replace all 4 brake pads and rotors! This was exactly what I had expected to avoid! More
