Worst dealership/car buying experience ever I bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee 4x4 Sport from this dealership. Reason for buying is that I wanted a bigger vehicle for my wife and I BEFORE starting a family so we could get used to the payments and have it paid off closer to when that happens (thinking about the future after all). So, we decided to go to this dealership since I really liked the look of the new Cherokee and it had good reviews. The salesman himself seemed friendly however as time went on, he became very unorganized and didn't make sense with any of his numbers and was getting very confused over the smallest things. That didn't really phase my buying decision because I still know what I wanted... So I bought the vehicle. I was called 4 days later saying 'your vehicle is ready'. I went to them to sign off on the paperwork to take delivery of it. Upon looking for any dings, scratches or any damage at all I noticed that the antennae wasn't installed at the back. I inquired as to why this wasn't done if they said it was ready. The answer I got was 'This is how the vehicle is'. I replied then why do 4 other cherokee's have an antennae and mine doesn't? So I get the manager, he agreed with me but then came back saying my PDI was never completed. I had to wait ANOTHER 3 HOURS on one of the hottest days of the summer while they did their 'PDI'. When the vehicle came back, the salesman and I signed off on the paperwork. He then 'lost' my void cheque to which I said this isn't my problem. If you lost it then you lost it, I'm not going to go out of my way in order to get you another one, I would do it on my own time when I am not busy. 2 minutes later I FOUND IT myself in HIS paperwork. Signed off on the papers, the salesman then took my plates off of my trade-in including the plate covers. He then proceeded to attempt to put the plate on the rear of the Cherokee I haven't even driven off the lot yet and when screwing the plate on, dropped the screw and scratched my back bumper in three different places. I got the manager AGAIN and asked "Is it this hard to screw a plate on a car... now it is all scratched and I haven't even driven this thing since getting here today. He was apologetic... and offered me a $100 gift card for The Keg.... (2 weeks later and I still haven't received anything from them) When leaving, the salesman asked if he could take my picture in the vehicle, I said no, he insisted that he did (why I don't know). I basically said 'You scratched my back bumper, you guys missed my PDI, broke my license plate covers saying 'they wouldn't fit', and made me wait 3 hours in the heat... why would I want to stay here any longer. The answer I got was 'the rear bumper will get scratched anyways so what is the problem?' I closed the door and sped out of that parking lot. 2 days later... I was driving in traffic and a car in front of me went a little too far at a red light and started backing up quickly. I went to honk my horn and it didn't work so I went to the dealership immediately. Went to the same manager I dealt with, went into his office and basically said to him 'I don't care if your busy, (I explained the story) I want my horn fixed NOW, not 20 minutes later, not tomorrow, NOW. Turns out the PDI guy forgot to install the fuse for my horn which aren't installed during transit... So apparently I test-drove this vehicle which wouldn't pass a safety... 4 days later, it was a raining pretty bad, got into the Cherokee and the uConnect5 system and A/C, Defrost, and all of those buttons wouldn't light up (the actual a/c buttons and those would work, but uConnect wouldn't power on. Went back to the dealer. The answer I got basically sealed the dealers fate for ever seeing me have service work done there. I explained to the Service Advisor about the issue and of course I was angry because I haven't even had the vehicle for more than 2 weeks by this time. The SA basically told me that being angry isn't going to help. I get it, it's not her fault. She then said to me 'This is what happens when too many electronics are crammed into a vehicle, if you need a camera to help you drive in reverse then you shouldn't be driving. I looked at her and said exactly this 'When the **** did I say that I was backing up and this happeened, all I said was that the entire system wasn't working after a rain storm. It's not my problem to deal with, it's your guys problem to deal with and I want it fixed ASAP. When I went back to the car of course the system worked fine, so I said I would keep an eye on it. I have not been back to this dealer since, but I will maybe go in as soon as I can and demand the manager refund the PDI to me in the form of a cheque since those issues happened, or some other kind of compensation. If it matters, I emailed the manufacturers directly explaining all of this and still haven't received an answer back after 4 days. If it takes one more day I will be making a few phone calls to Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep and will have this dealt with immediately. More

My car was dropped off (towed in) after service hours due to the low oil pressure lamp being displayed on the dash, and the engine shutting off immediately after being started. The next day, their service department blamed me for the location of my vehicle on their lot, even though they claim the vehicle started up in the morning with no issues. Newsflash, if it started up, you can move it out of the way. They lied to me and said my oil was overfilled, and indicated that could have been the reason for the oil pressure lamp being displayed on the dash, however, I showed them that the oil was clearly at the perfect level. The service advisor then admitted that the oil level was good after being called out on it. They tried to bill me for work that I did not authorize. They were very happy to drive my car 25 km's, diagnose absolute no problems, and treat me in a manner that would indicate as though they do not care about their customers, the products they service, or the prospects of getting business through positive word of mouth advertising. I will never, ever go here for service or for a new vehicle purchase in the future, as there is no shortage out there of better dealerships who treat their customers properly. More
