They don't seem to care Got my car serviced and they had to ordered a piece. They never called me back to let me know. During the same service, I also inquired about my appearance package and they didn't seem to know what to do. They finally took some picture to submit for a claim, but I had to call them 3 months after to realize that there were no picture in my file. The work they did on my car was good and fast. But the follow up were nonexistent. Also had to deal with one specific person for my end of lease and as soon I said I was more interested in buying it than buying a new car, he lost complete interest in giving me proper customer service. I had to send multiples emails and voicemail to get him to take a look...Even sent an email to the DG, and a month later, still no answer. At the end, I went to another dealership (Bank Street Mazda) and I have to say that it was my best decision ever. More

This is the fifth vehicle we buy at that dealership so I think that in itself says a lot about them. Got a great deal from Kevin on a 2016 Mazda CX3 thanks to our loyalty to the dealership. That is not the only reason we returned there. The service we get when we bring our vehicles in for servicing is exceptional, from Don Rushton at the front desk and from Jason Agnel at the service desk. The car is always in good hands there and Jason keeps us advised as to the progress of the work and if there are any additional costs before they proceed. Jason does his best to keep the costs down for us. More
