Avoid this dealer like the plague 3 years ago, I brought my car into Performance Mazda because my driver’s side window was not going up straight anymore and there would be a small gap 3 years ago, I brought my car into Performance Mazda because my driver’s side window was not going up straight anymore and there would be a small gap between the back of the window and the frame when the window was closed. They took a look and said that there was some rust in the door, so they scraped it away to fix the problem. Fantastic, it cost me about $60 for labour. A few months ago, I brought my car in for the same exact reason, I assumed more rust had built up in my door in the last 3 years and it would need to be scraped again to fix the problem. To my surprise and dismay, this time they said that I needed a new motor in my door to fix the problem and that it would cost me over $400. When I told them that they had fixed the exact same problem 3 years ago simply by scraping rust out of the door, they still insisted that I needed a new motor. I took my car to another Mazda dealership last week, explained the problem to them, but didn’t mention anything about what the other dealer said I needed to do now to fix it (get a new motor) or how they had fixed it in the past (scraping rust). I just told them the problem, that my window wasn’t going up straight anymore. Half an hour after looking at my car, I got a call from them saying that they had fixed the problem by scraping rust out of my door. They charged me $60 for labour... Obviously I was pleased that my door was fixed for only $60, but at the same time was absolutely stunned and distraught that a dealership that I had trusted to service my car for over 10 years told me that I needed a new part to fix a problem that I actually didn’t need. This isn’t anything complex having to do with the engine or transmission either, it’s rust in the door! To think of how many times over the past 10 years they have tricked me into purchasing unnecessary parts or repairs to “fix” problems with my car makes me sick to my stomach. I have easily spent over $15k at Performance Mazda for regular maintenance and repairs over the years and I shudder to think how many thousands of dollars of that were completely unnecessary, like the motor in my door. Avoid this place like the plague, unless you want to waste thousands of dollars on needless parts and repairs keeping a dishonest dealer that bilks people out of their hard-earned cash in business. Have switched dealers and will never go back. More

Professional, courteous & honest I'm looking for a new car & am checking out some local dealerships to see what they have before making a final decision. Car shopping can be stressful I'm looking for a new car & am checking out some local dealerships to see what they have before making a final decision. Car shopping can be stressful because sales reps are often more interested in making a quick sale than listening to the customer's needs . Andrea Lemieux at Performance Mazda was not like that at all. She's very professional, really knows her stuff and she took the time to listen. I felt that she had my best interests in mind & she wasn't just trying to make a sale at all costs. If I decide to go with Mazda, I will definitely go back to see Andrea! More

Paul Sellars is an excellent individual who consistently does his best to ensure satisfaction and great service. Brian Kereluk knows his cars and consistently delivers good , honest service. Paul Bellavance is a great guy, soft spoken , but very effective and efficient, displays the best aspects of professionalism. Worest Experience Ever, AVOID!!! Worst experience I ever had. I tried to buy a car from them, but the second day I decided to cancel the contract with them because the standard transm Worst experience I ever had. I tried to buy a car from them, but the second day I decided to cancel the contract with them because the standard transmission wouldn't fit my situation. so I went back to the dealer, at the first they were saying its impossible to cancel the contract, the only way to do it is that to accept the car, and resell it to us. Then I called OMVIC, told them what happened, OMVIC suggested me not to accept the car. after I told them I've been contacting with the OMVIC, the sales manager told me it is now possible to cancel the deal. but now they asked me to pay them $721.96 dollars extra, plus my $1000 deposit, as liquidated damage. The manager told me that he has been very accommodating with me, but I certainly did not feel that way. I'm not sure how will they treat you if he is not being very "accommodating". It seems they do not care about their customers at all, they only pretend to care about you when you about to spend some money at their dealership. More
