As usual, the service was exceptional. The Service Advisor was prompt, welcoming, professional and courteous. I also appreciated the fact that Mathieu spoke to me in French which is my mother tongue. I waited for my car and the timeline I was given was respected. The lady at the front desk who took my payment was also very friendly and professional. They had taken the time to wash the exterior of my car which was also greatly appreciated since the car was dirty (salt) with all the snow we had had lately. I left feeling happy, satisfied and confident that my car had been in good hands! More
My experience so far with Performance Mazda has been excellent. I went there to purchase a new vehicle, and once I told the salesperson, Brian Sanford, what I wanted, he immediately provided me with all excellent. I went there to purchase a new vehicle, and once I told the salesperson, Brian Sanford, what I wanted, he immediately provided me with all options and all costs, and made some good honest recommendations with respect to the options, so In know he was not trying to sell me the most expensive vehicle but more importantly the one that would give me the best bang for my buck. It was an easy decision for me to make and I am extremely pleased with my choice so far. The only hiccup was that I had asked for a bug deflector when I purchased the vehicle, and they forgot to add it prior to me picking up my vehicle, so I had to return to get it installed. More
My daughter and I spent quite a bit of time going to many dealers in Ottawa and Orleans looking to purchase a 2007/2008 Mazda 3 Sport or Honda Civic. Our search ended up between 2 dealears, Performance Mazda dealers in Ottawa and Orleans looking to purchase a 2007/2008 Mazda 3 Sport or Honda Civic. Our search ended up between 2 dealears, Performance Mazda and the other dealer is also located on Youville Drive which both had a Mazda 3 sport / hatchback. Mary that works at Performance Mazda was great with my daughter. She respected my daughter's budget and understood our needs and what my daughter really wanted. When my daughter asked her to present an offer to her Manager, she did without any hesitation. My daughter is only starting to drive standard, therefore, when we test drove the car, Mary made my daughter feel relaxe and comfortable. The other dealer was rude to my daughter on 3 different occasions. He even told us that if we would not guaranty him that we would purchase the car, why should he bother asking his Manager for a price. We explained to him that for us it was important to get a final price on a car before making our final decision. When we test drove at this garage, the salesman was so stress he made my daughter very nervous. He acted like we did not know what we were doing. We did not have a good experience with this guy. All around Mazda Performance gave us a better price on the car. Mazda sold us a 2008 for the same price of the 2007 accross the street. The mileage on both cars was very close and all the same options. I only wished that Mazda would have given my daughter a little more money for her 1997 honda civic that had low mileage, had been rust proof, and many other repairs were done on the car. We enjoyed dealing with Performance Mazda and keep on the good work. More
I am a returning customer at Performance Mazda. This will be my fourth car I've gotten through this dealership. I have consistently had an exemplary experience. From day 1 I've developed very friendly relations with all of the staff I've worked with from the people answering the phones to the sales people and the service department. My most recent experience was to purchase a new Mazda 6, and to return a leased Mazda CX-7. Andrew in particular was very helpful in pointing out all the options available on the Mazda 6 and followed through with every commitment he made, whether it was in getting the right package on the car to actually being available when I arrived for sheduled appointments. He has continued to be helpful with the few questions I've had since the purchase as well (such as setting up new blue tooth devices on the car.) I'm also consistently impressed with the ability of the service staff to be ready for my vehicle at it's scheduled appointment time and to be very honest and informative when it comes to issues on the car that need service. (Including pointing out that my tires were displaying an odd wear pattern that indicated an alignment being a very good thing to have.) I've also always been pleased with the lack of pressure sales tactice and the forthcoming way the dealership explained all the costs involved in purchashing the vehicle, including the support of the general manager at times. I have recommnended Performance Mazda to many of my friends and co-workers and I've lost track of how many of them now drive vehicles from this dealership. More
My wife and I were recently looking for a new car. My wife wanted affordable luxury while I was mostly in the market for affordable. After a little research on the internet it was clear that the Mazda 3 stood above the rest in its segment and offered what we were looking for in our next car. Our minds made up, we decided to take one for as test drive at a dealer near my parents house. Unfortunately, though we waited for what seemed like an eternity, we were never approached by any staff and left in frustrated bewilderment. When was the last time you were ever able to sneak into a dealership to browse without incessant harassment by sales people. This had to be a first for someone walking into a dealership. With this bizarre experience behind us we were almost ready to give up on Mazda. Luckily as we were driving home later that day we passed Performance Mazda in Orleans and decided to give it another try. Despite the showroom being full of weekend shoppers and all the sales staff busy with others who had come in before us, the dealerships vice-president saw us walking around and came over to help us out. He couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and we were out on a test drive within minutes. The car was as we had expected and we started the paperwork that same day. Throughout the rest of the purchasing process everyone we dealt with at Performance Mazda was great and I've had nothing but praise for them ever since. More

I'm on my fourth Mazda purchased through Performance Mazda, the reason, the Sales and Service staff at Performance Mazda epitomize what both should truly be. I've never remained loyal to one brand, how Mazda, the reason, the Sales and Service staff at Performance Mazda epitomize what both should truly be. I've never remained loyal to one brand, however since dealing with friendly and courtious people who genuinely serve their customer base (I cannot be alone on this)there's no good reason in the world to switch given the reliability of the product and the relationship I now have with the dealership. I travel to the farthest Mazda dealership in Ottawa from my house because I have always been given a great deal and get treated fairly. I am on my third Mazda from this dealership, and on top of the good salesmanship I receive, I am also always able to walk out after a service appointment knowing I didn't get raked over the coals, which seems all too common a practice at garages, especially ones at dealerships. I have referred several people to see Mark and Andrew and they often end up buying a Mazda of their own as a result. More
