I've been a customer of Performance Mazda (Ottawa)for 20 years and have always had friendly courteous dealings with their service department personnel. I'd like to particularly single out Rosanne Kirby for years and have always had friendly courteous dealings with their service department personnel. I'd like to particularly single out Rosanne Kirby for her work as a service rep for the dealership. I have always been impressed by her knowledge, careful attention to detail, and highly personalized approach to her dealings with me. In addition to seeing that the maintenance schedule for my Protoge 5 is adhered to, Rosanne has gone out of her way on several occasions to find time for my servicing, explain when servicing requirements exceed initial projections, track down parts, and in general ensure my needs are met. It has been a pleasure to be served by her during frequent regular and not so regular visits over the past number of years. In my view, she is a credit to the organization and it is more than fortunate to have her in the service department. More

I originally made an appointment to have my 4 tires changed and oil changed. Both tasks were executed to my satisfaction. However, when I arrived to pick up my car, I notice a crack in my window and changed and oil changed. Both tasks were executed to my satisfaction. I spoke with a sales representative (the service department was closed)immediately about the problem and then spoke with the service manager the following morning. After a brief discussion we came to a mutual understanding and my windshield was replaced. I was very satisfied with the service, professionalism and timelines of my experience. More
Please be informed that Mr. Koose was absolutely wonderful and he worked really hard for me to obtain the best price I could get for my lovely new Mazda 3 GT Sedan (which I absolutely love). I purchased a vehicle from Demitry and was truly blown away by his exceptional customer service and knowledge of the car industry. We have just purchased a Mazda 3 sedan last month with his help. We think our record speaks for itself. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Performance Mazda, and in particular, Andrew Scott. A most professional and courteous sales representative, Andrew has always been honest and straightforward in his dealings with us. He has a thorough knowledge and interest in the industry and can easily explain in layman's terms what one needs to know about a vehicle. He takes the time to inquire about needs and desires before presenting the possibilities in the showroom. What has always impressed us is that he genuinely cares about his clients and wants to ensure that they are happy and satisfied with not only the purchase but the service afterwards. He is available to you before, during and long after the sale for any consultation. Buying a car could be a source of frustration and anxiety but for us it is literally a pleasure. My husband and I upgraded from our 2004 Mazda 3 to a 2011 Mazda 3 Sports and were very satified with our experience. Mary was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our 2004 Mazda had 217,000km and was still running fine. The service department is very good and accommodating. All in all, a great dealership to deal with. More
