After agreeing on price of new vehicle after agreeing on trade offering after making and signing deal and after making payment in full on a 2010 Jeep Patriot, I was informed that this vehicle has only one k trade offering after making and signing deal and after making payment in full on a 2010 Jeep Patriot, I was informed that this vehicle has only one key. It seems they lost, misplaced or threw away the second key. I informed salesperson that I was not comfortable with one key and needed a second key. Who wouldn't want a piece of mind second key. I was initially told that they were going to look for the missing key and send it to me when it was found. This was the classic stall tactic that was used. The key was nowhere to be found. I then went as far as to suggest that a second key was so important to me that I would be willing to pay half the cost of a new key. This is a chip key that can only be ordered through Chrysler and then cut and programmed to the vehicle's computer. Since I live 3 hours away from the dealership the salesperson's solution was to contact a Chrysler dealer in my area and make arrangements for a new replacement key and programming at his cost. Big deal. I gave up fighting with this salesperson and had the key replaced in my city at a cost of 218.16. 218.16 out of my pocket and after the deal was signed sealed and delivered. Even more amazing about this deal is at the very beginning of me speaking with the saleperson I told him that this was going to be a two vehicle purchase as my wife was looking to replace her vehicle with a new Jeep Compass. Not with this salesperson, not with this dealership. A 200.00 lost key cost them an 18,000.00 new car sale. Incredible!!! In conclusion avoid Russ Davidov (sales) when considering your next purchase. And remember the dealership from which he works. More

The dealership had a very good selection of new and used vehicles. Every salesmen (except mine) was very helpful and friendly. However the sales I've got, Paul Young, which he says has been working for this vehicles. Every salesmen (except mine) was very helpful and friendly. However the sales I've got, Paul Young, which he says has been working for this dealership, was extremely unhelpful and at times I even thought he was out to just make my first new car purchase a nightmare. He did not let me choose the plates, and was very late in sending the Bill of Sale to my insurer. Other then the sales person, this was a great dealer. More
