Then feel a clunk in left front end and take it in and needs $1400 in front suspension work done. I spent the extra $ buying from a dealer instead of private because I was convinced that all these "bugs" would be repaired or at least indicated as needed to be addressed by a dealer that claims that they sell the "cleanest" vehicles in BC. Lesson learned, regardless take any used vehicle to an "independent" mechanic for an evaluation before buying. More

Prateek is friendly, follows up with customers, and goes the extra mile for his clients. Before we picked up our new vehicle he went ahead and had the cross bars installed so it was ready at pick up. My husband came back from his first meeting with Prateek leaning towards the HIghlander as our SUV for future family road trips! He had a good chat with Prateek about the features of the latest Highlander in comparison to previous years models. Prateek called us a week later; when we booked an appointment to take our family in to see the highlander. I appreciated his knowledge, patience, and the time he took to answer all my questions. We were ready to buy! Our NEW HIGHLANDER was on its way! When we picked up our new highlander; Prateek introduced us to Shawn who did a wonderful job showing us all the features of our new Highlander! Took the scary out of buying a new car I bought my last Sienna from Peace Arch Toyota 14 years ago and although we would have had many years of happy motoring left, it was time for a new v I bought my last Sienna from Peace Arch Toyota 14 years ago and although we would have had many years of happy motoring left, it was time for a new vehicle. I test drove a new Hylander with Prateek and had such a positive experience with him that I didn't hesitate to make another appointment with him when I was ready to come back and make a purchase. He was informative, personable and patient and I was comfortable to explore the best car for me and did not feel under any pressure. I can't believe that I purchased the car on Sunday and it was ready for me to collect on the Wednesday, The finance team laid out all my options clearly and the paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. Shawn was also a great member of the team who did a wonderful hand over of my new car and patiently helped explain and set up many features before I left the showroom. I left the forecourt last night with my new Hylander feeling they had prepared me well to explore and learn the numerous high tech functions. Excited to be with my new car for many years to come. More

Maintenance service Had my Lexus 350 RX for maintenance service in March 2018 . A trainee Service technician reviewed the maintenance requirements but did not have the Had my Lexus 350 RX for maintenance service in March 2018 . A trainee Service technician reviewed the maintenance requirements but did not have the technical skills to explain the work they had to do . There was no supervisor to oversee her work .I complained about this oversight to the service manager who was extremely rude and refused to accept any responsibility. I found the service department to be below minimum standards and will not go back to them again and will not recommend them for others More

The staff certainly do not go out of their way to be friendly and do not make the the customer feel special. In my experience, no one goes out of their way to get to know you as a customer. I just had my Tacoma serviced and they did not even vacuum it! The staff should go to White Rock VW or the BMW Store in order to see how to treat a customer. The customer service is okay but the customer experience is poor. I have owned my Tacoma for 1.5 years and have never been introduced to the service manager. This dealership is nothing like the store that Jake Braun started over 45 years ago. More
