Power sliding doors recall issues - poor workmanship The service department completed the recall in 2018 and their mechanic broke a pin which resulted in many other issues with the car later that year. It took almost 3 weeks for a different Toyota dealership to find the issue and fix it. While Peace Arch Toyota did reimburse the other dealership for their time, I had to miss 2 days of work due to the snow storm as I didn’t have my Sienna with snow tires for almost 3 weeks. All I got from Peace Arch Toyota was ”sorry”. More

My first contact caused Moe to attend the dealership on his days off...and dealt with other customers after my wife and I left! Moe was not “pushy”..allowed us time to make a decision...no regrets. Thanks to an employee living near me, I was picked up and driven to the dealership on the day I was to take possession of the vehicle. There is no doubt that I would recommend the dealership and their employees to assist you with purchasing a vehicle...new or used. More

Steer clear of Peace Arch Toyota Today I called Peace Arch Toyota and asked if I could bring my Lexus in for repair. I was told that they do repair Lexus at Peace Arch Toyota. I had a Today I called Peace Arch Toyota and asked if I could bring my Lexus in for repair. I was told that they do repair Lexus at Peace Arch Toyota. I had already had a friend scope my vehicle so I informed the service associate of the issue. I offered to show the associate (Mike) a picture I had taken of the scope results. He said he didn't need to see it and that there would be a $139 diagnostic fee. I was fine with the fee because I was under the impression that they were going to fix the issue. After telling me exactly what I already knew from the scope I already had performed Mike told me that they couldn't fix the issue and I would need to bring my car to a Lexus dealership. Maybe Mike should have just told me would be a $161.32 fee for a referral to a more competent dealership. Needless to say they will get $161.32 worth of bad publicity for wasting my time and money. More

Took the scary out of buying a new car I bought my last Sienna from Peace Arch Toyota 14 years ago and although we would have had many years of happy motoring left, it was time for a new v I bought my last Sienna from Peace Arch Toyota 14 years ago and although we would have had many years of happy motoring left, it was time for a new vehicle. I test drove a new Hylander with Prateek and had such a positive experience with him that I didn't hesitate to make another appointment with him when I was ready to come back and make a purchase. He was informative, personable and patient and I was comfortable to explore the best car for me and did not feel under any pressure. I can't believe that I purchased the car on Sunday and it was ready for me to collect on the Wednesday, The finance team laid out all my options clearly and the paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. Shawn was also a great member of the team who did a wonderful hand over of my new car and patiently helped explain and set up many features before I left the showroom. I left the forecourt last night with my new Hylander feeling they had prepared me well to explore and learn the numerous high tech functions. Excited to be with my new car for many years to come.
