We walked into the dealership and were immediately greeted by Julian. Right from the start he was very friendly and took the time to answer all the questions we had. At no point did he become "that pushy salesman" that we had the opportunity to meet at other dealerships. The experience caused us change our minds and to buy now. The next day we went back and received the same friendly service. Julian and Ian made the entire buying process smooth and easy. Most dealerships that we've gone to in the past, have either looked the other way or take tend not to take us serious due to our younger age. Yet Derek immediately introduced himself, and allowed us to express what we needed, rather than to push for a vehicle that they wanted off the lot. Derek was able to get us a brand new vehicle with everything we wanted, while still accounting for our budget. There was never a moment that we felt pressured, and he was always willing to go over every single detail that we requested. Knowing that we were without a vehicle due to our accident, he even went as far as making sure we would have the car ready 2 days after we signed for the sale. What really shows the type of character Derek is; he had even gone out of his way to drive from Orleans to St-Laurent, to be able to provide everything that was promised at the time of pickup. He has since then called on several occasions to ensure that we were happy with our purchase.This was THE BEST experience we have ever had, and he has just earned a returning customer. I still had about a year and a half worth of payments left on my 2006 Pontiac G6 GT. I had no intentions of purchasing a new vehicle but was curious about what options I had available. Darrell gave me some great options, including eliminating the remaining balance on my existing vehicle, and found me something I really was pleased with. The vehicle I ended up with, 2013 Sonata GLS, is exactly what I was looking for; I just needed to find it and have the situation unfold a specific way. We took a reasonable amount of time (3 days) to consider the decision and reached a very fair agreement in the end. We even had the sales manager come out and introduce himself which is something that has never happened to us. Another thing that we found was a nice touch was the fact that they let us take the car for the afternoon. It is often very hard to tell from a 5 minute drive whether you're happy with the car, and Darrell understood that. He let us leave our car and go run our errands with the potential car.
