He was unflaggingly patient as we did some quick comparative math and weighed the pros and cons of re-upping vs facing the repair bill. Though he wasn't pushy, he was always ready to explain the features of the newer models and ultimately sold us on the change. Pick up and trade in was a breeze and left us very happy with the experience. Highly recommend. More

Type A Service I went to get a Type A service and saw Adam Lawson as I had an outstanding credit that the previous manager Rick had failed to apply to my file. Adam I went to get a Type A service and saw Adam Lawson as I had an outstanding credit that the previous manager Rick had failed to apply to my file. Adam was polite and professional and took the initiative and got the credit approved by the new manager Amir Adeli and then transferred my service file to Simon Truong. I waited an hour and a half to get the service done. Simon politely approached me at the end and said that the technician had identified 2 issues that needed to be addressed, one a timing belt change and the second a spark plug change. This shocked me as I had the timing belt, water pump and tensioner changed just 2 years ago at another dealership and had installed brand new spark plugs myself a month ago. Although I can give the benefit of the doubt regarding the timing belt, I fail to understand how the technician could say I needed new plugs. This proves that he did not take out a single plug and look at it and merely stated that the car needed new spark plugs based on the number of kilometers on the odometer. This would have been a ripoff had I not remembered about those 2 things. The car was also not washed as the car wash was broken. Further when I went home I noticed that none of the hinges or locks had been greased although my invoice said so. Hence I had to bring in the car again to have this completed. Although nice and polite service staff, I am disappointed with the technicians. More

Tatjana closed the deal I wasn't certain I wanted a new CRV or a "off the lease" 4 year old CRV. Tatjana was patient and answered all of my questions (there were a lot of the I wasn't certain I wanted a new CRV or a "off the lease" 4 year old CRV. Tatjana was patient and answered all of my questions (there were a lot of them) over the course of weeks that it took to make the decision. Via calls, texts, and in person visits I was able to have the reassurance I needed to make the purchase. Tatjana has excellent product knowledge, is not pushy, never showed frustration nor tried to fluff me away. In doing so, she has also essentially sold future new cars to my mother who was also "along for the ride" and may be replacing her CRV in 2020/2021. Tatjana, you're a gem and Parkway Honda is lucky to have you. Note: the system isn't allowing me to give Tatjana 5 stars. She deserves 5 stars, the dealership doesn't because the service side is ridiculous and has provided terrible service in the past. Mike Siomos, Sales Manager is a gentleman and quintessential salesman. He recognized that I was uncertain and had a lot of questions and he asked Tatjana to step in at a pivotal moment when I was ready to give up and by a used junker. Smart move Mike. My new car is awesome. It was the right choice. Note: Mike also deserves 5 stars but the rating system isn't allowing me to provide individual ratings. I don't give the dealership 5 stars. More
