This time however, we were amazed with how kind and helpful Tatijana was. Not only was she so kind and patient with us, but she was also extremely instrumental in helping us learn about the features and characteristics of the car we just leased: a wonderful Honda cr-v 2019. Initially we were overwhelmed by the complexity of the car, but after Tatjana started to patiently explain each and every detail, we found the courage to get onboard this new adventure, and we love our new smart car. Tatjana also explained and helped make sure that we understood all the aspects related to the lease contract and even though this is not our first leasing contract with Parkway Honda, having the contracts explained very thoroughly was refreshing. If until now we always had the experience of being treated admirably well by Honda, this time we felt like being family! Kudos to the Honda management for hiring, training and nurturing such wonderful employees and a heartfelt ‘Thank You’ to Tatjana for her patience, help and kindness.
