My family bought the first car at Parkway Honda in 2005 and I again after much searching at other brands came back to the same place to buy a Honda. I had some reservations before coming in to buy the car but after sitting down with Sasha, he answered all my questions and made sure all my concerns were addressed. The whole process was very friendly and professional. This is my first time buying a car and it felt like such a breeze. Sasha made me feel like a pro getting a great deal and I am sure if I have any problems I can always go back and will be welcomed if I have any questions. More

Mike was a true gentleman. He explained in detail the security features of the CR-V and pointed out features that other Honda dealerships did not. This was my first new car buying experience, I just wanted to thank the staff in particular Rick who walked me through the entire process. A very wonderful experience purchasing my 2012 civic. Sasha was 1st class when it came to giving us all the info we needed in order to get us in a new civic. Sitting down with sasha felt as though I was talking to a friend and not just a salesman who would do anything to get the sale. I'm sure we have all seen a few of them around in our time. Was on a limited budget and not only did sasha meet my budget he actually saved me money in the long run. Overall a very pleasant experience purchasing my civic from sasha and parkway honda. Parkway went out of their way to correct a fairly significant problem with the purchase agreement. The problem was resolved beyond expectations. I'm normally very weary when it comes to dealerships because you get a greasy sales guy that will try to sell you a car that you are not interested in only so they can hit their sales quota (happened to me at two previous dealerships), BUT this was not the case at Parkway. Funny story is I originally went to Honda to help my father purchase the 2012 Honda Fit. It was originally through this interaction that I realized not all dealerships are the same and there is at least one out there that is friendly and doesn't pressure you to make a huge decision on the spot. Originally Mike and Sasha helped out my father and I with the Honda Fit and they were polite and respectful all the wile providing some witty banter, and helped my father with his choice. My father who has never purchased a new car and is always skeptical, purchased it because he knew he was in the right spot and that he would be taken care of even after the purchase. Two weeks after my father purchased the Honda Fit, I decided to trade in my Acura and purchase the new Civic Si. Similar to my father I have been accustomed to buying used vehicles but I knew that if I purchased a new car from Parkway I would be taken care of down the road because of the staff that works there. While visiting the dealership on several occasions I noticed that the staff is always helpful by asking if you have been attended too and if you want some coffee. Through my interaction with Sasha and Mike and previously servicing my 96 Civic Si, I can tell you that when this dealership says they will do something you can be assured that they will. Overall, a pleasant experience and I couldn't be happier with my new car that I never actually thought I'd ever buy. Only because of the positive experience my father had in dealing with Sasha and Mike when he bought the Fit, did I decide to come back to this dealership and make my purchase. The cute receptionist had no influence on me what so ever (haha, joking). But seriously, I have a sensing personality and from what I felt and could see I just knew making this purchase at this dealership would be a good choice in the long term.
