Yes was wonderful. It was literally the first time I tried any Honda dearlership and I ended up buying a car :). Before this I was exploring options with Toyota, Lexus, It was literally the first time I tried any Honda dearlership and I ended up buying a car :). Before this I was exploring options with Toyota, Lexus, Porsche, BMW, Hyundai but I was not able to finalise on the car. Luckily for me that the day I called I was told by yen that she has a new CRV available due to late cancelations and I can come and buy if I am ready. That was the point when it started and after that the whole process was absolutely smooth. I am new to Canada and this is our first car here. Yes really made the experience wonderful for me and. my family. After bringing the car home I could not link the navigation and in disappointment I replied to yen. She always replied calmly and answered the question. I want to really thanks Yen for everything. We are having a wonderful time with the Car :) More
